I’m happy to add Shoreline Church in Old Lyme to my ongoing photography documentary project of houses of worship in Connecticut that enables anyone to actually go inside online with a Google Virtual Tour. The building now used by Shoreline Church was built near the turn of the last century and served as a Roman Catholic chapel for many years attended by seasonal residents enjoying summer at the beach. The interior is finished with beautiful warm toned wainscot that was very popular in beach cottages of that time. Today Michael Calo and Meredith Calo are both husband and wife and co-pastors of this church that now serves the community year round.

Please contact me if you know of a house of worship of any faith that may be interested in being part of this ongoing project.
